A car that's been parked for years is rarely driveable — flat tyres, seized brakes, a dead battery, locked steering and sometimes a body sunk into the lawn. That's normal for us. The older the car, the more likely it needs winching and the more likely we plan the recovery from photos before the truck leaves the yard.
